Why can’t I process payment? Why is my credit card not working?

If you encounter a notification during checkout indicating a problem with processing your transaction, it's typically due to one of several common issues:

  • Entering incorrect card details.
  • Mismatched billing address.
  • Insufficient account funds or exceeding your card's limit.
  • A block on purchases set by your bank or card issuer.
  • Unusual purchasing activity, among others.

To resolve this, please verify your information with your card issuer and ensure all details are accurate when you retry the checkout process.

Should payment issues persist, avoid multiple payment attempts to prevent your card from being blocked by our payment system.

For further assistance, contact us with the following details:

  • The specific product(s) you wish to purchase, including options and colors
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address
  • The email address used for checkout
  • Any promotional codes you might have

What are accepted payment methods?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • For credit and debit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Our express checkout options include Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Our direct banking checkout options include iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort.

Please Note:

Can I switch payment methods after purchase?

No, you can not change the method of payment after a purchase has been made. However, you can request us to cancel your purchase, then repurchase the item using your preferred payment method. We offer different payment methods listed at the checkout page.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order when the checkout process is finished and an email will be sent to inform your order status.

When I get my refund?

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our customer support for assistance.

Once our customer support team confirms your refund, expect the amount to reappear in your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

Important Points:

  • Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Should you lack access to it, please notify a customer support representative prior to the refund's processing.
  • For orders paid with store credits or coins, please check your account to view updated coin balances within 24-48 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our aim to swiftly fulfill orders means changes or cancellations must be made quickly. After shipment, alterations aren't possible, but returns can be initiated through our Returns form.

How do refunds work for canceled orders?

Following order cancellation and customer support's refund confirmation, expect the refund in your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

How to edit shipping/billing info after placing order?
